In this study, relational screening model was used to determine relationship among them. The universe of the research consists of teachers working in primary and secondary schools in Rize city center and district centers in the 2021-2022 academic year. Simple random sampling method was used in the study and 356 teachers were included in the research group. “Organizational Exclusion Scale”, “Organizational Happiness Scale” and “Personal Information Form” were used as data collection tools in the research. As a result of the analysis, it is seen that teachers’ perceptions of organizational exclusion are low and organizational happiness perceptions are high.
